- We will take time to understand what is important to our customers, to tailor our service to individual customer needs.
- We will be open and honest and operate with integrity at all times.
- We will assign one account manager (the key point of contact) to each customer.
- We will deliver test results within 10 days for pharmacopoeia tests or where we have transferred an existing method.
- We will set deadlines in advance and keep you informed of progress.
- We will reply to all queries within 24 hours, wherever we are.
We will provide full documentation with all results:
- Certificate of analysis
- Full analytical data report
